We only ship within the European Union and Switzerland.

At Dahlia Store, you do not pay shipping costs for the following countries:

Netherlands / Belgium / Germany and Luxembourg!

For Denmark / Sweden / France / Poland and Austria, we charge a fixed fee of 10.- Euro.

For Croatia and Switzerland, we charge a fixed fee of 25.- Euro.

For other European countries, we charge a fixed fee of 15,- Euro.

Dahlia Store ships to all EU countries in collaboration with our partner Post NL. The dahliatubers are sent from March to May. For the best quality and results, it is recommended to plant the dahliatubers immediately upon receipt during this period. We provide a 100% blooming guarantee. 

If you order before March 1st, we will send you the package in March. If you order after March 15th. the package will be shipped within 3 working days. On the day of shipment, you will receive a track & trace number.

Guarantee and Return (Right of Withdrawal):

The statutory warranty applies. The statutory warranty means that a product must do what the consumer can reasonably expect.

If it turns out that the delivered package is defective, the buyer must report this by email, including text and photo, to Dahliastore at least two months after discovering the defect, before returning the package. Since it is a natural product, we ask you to make the report within 14 days.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, or email). You can use the model withdrawal form sent by us (PDF), but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Compensation is in all cases limited to the maximum invoice amount of the shipment.
